Phool Chand has over more than 18 years of experience in business strategies formulation, consulting, research, sustainability, and climate change and has led advisory/consulting assignments of various reputed Indian and multinational business organizations. He has expertise in project management and assessing the behavior of complex industrial systems and their impacts on environment and ecology, through system dynamics models. He has been advising state and private agencies in streamlining the green assets management and environmental sustainability. He has advised many reputed businesses in India involving Corporate Sustainability, Strategic and Regional Environmental Assessments, Clean Development Mechanism and Life Cycle Assessment. He has traded a large volume of emission reduction credits under compliance and voluntary market and successful completion of more than 200 CDM/VCS/GS/GCC projects to his credit.

Most recently he served as Manager Business Development and Strategic Planning for KBS Certification Services Pvt. Ltd., prior to that served as Regional Director Market Development and as a Consultant for Clean Trade Group and CantorCO2e and led many projects under the CDM and Voluntary Market in sectors like renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste to energy and biomass-based power generation. He holds a Masters in Physics and Master of Technology in Systems Management.

Sangeeta has more than 10 years’ experience in administration and corporate communication. She is currently serving as director in Jagurih Corporate Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and PA Research & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. She holds a Master Degree in Literature.

Ram has more than 8 years’ experience in research, agriculture, health sector and climate change. He has been associated with grass root level stakeholders and has a rich experience in analyzing the various problems related to health and agriculture. Ram also has specific experience related to sustainable forest management, assessment of carbon stocks and designing solutions for plantation for different climatic zone for maximizing the yields. He holds Master’s degree in Botany.

Rohit is a results-driven Energy and ESG professional with over six years of experience in power markets, carbon trading, and sustainability strategy. He has led business development and advisory initiatives across renewable energy, with a focus on project execution and market mechanisms. Recognized for his strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities, Rohit has successfully delivered large-scale clean energy and decarbonization projects across India. He holds a B.Tech. in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute (NPTI).
